After loading your vehicle, you will be given the first copy of the cargo document, CMR, or transport slip, signed by both parties, Sender and Transporter (driver's signature authenticates the transporter).

Payment for transportation must be done after the vehicle is loaded and before the vehicle is unloaded.

Payment can be made by:

- Deposit or Bank Transfer, in the Bank's account, which will be indicated to you, at the time of the cargo's confirmation.

The Original Invoice + CMR will be sent to you by mail, for this we need the following details:

• Vehicle Brand
• Vehicle Model
• Chassis number
• Invoice Name
• Address
• Postal Code
• Taxpayer Number

(As well as indicating the loading and unloading information such as names, full addresses and telephone numbers)

Sim. Todos os camiões, independentemente do seu proprietário, quando carregados têm de se fazer acompanhar do documento de transporte, CMR ou guia de transporte, e para isso, as empresas têm de ter o alvará e licença de transporte, devidamente atualizados e devem estar coletados nas Finanças como Transportadores Nacionais e Internacionais.

Yes. All vehicles transported are safe. All trucks have insurance that covers all damages caused to cars (except personal property of the owners left in the vehicles being transported).
